WHAT I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL MORE BE POSTED?

New pieces are added whenever the studio fills up again. Since I also work a full-time job, updates happen as time allows. I’m always so grateful for the excitement around my work.

Please remember that most pieces are one of a kind, so if something catches your eye.. it’s best to grab it when you see it. Similar ideas may appear again, but never the exact same piece.

I sometimes also save pieces for IRL markets, so the best way to stay in the loop is to subscribe to the newsletter or follow @meemsstudio on Instagram! ◡̈

SHIPPING

Because everything comes from a small studio (mine!), shipping may take a little longer than big retailers. I pack and ship orders within 5 business days of receiving them.

LOCAL SAN FRANCISCO PICKUP

If you're in San Francisco or the greater Bay Area, you're welcome to pick up your order in person. Pickup takes place at Hayes Valley Park (Patricia’s Green).

Once your order is placed, I’ll reach out via text and/or email to coordinate a pickup date and time. If I don’t hear back within 3 business days, the order will be automatically canceled.

MY PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN

Once your order has been handed off to USPS, it’s officially out of my little studio and into their system. Unfortunately that means I’m no longer able to control what happens during transit.

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered and show up a day or two later, so it’s worth giving it a little time. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, you can submit a claim with USPS using this link.

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?

Because items are made in small batches and often one of a kind, all sales are final once shipped.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CERAMIC PIECES?

All ceramic pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe.

The main thing to avoid is sudden temperature changes. For example, taking a mug straight from the freezer and pouring hot coffee into it or rinsing a very hot mug with cold water. Let your ceramics warm up (or cool down) gradually and they’ll stay happy for many years.
